Mobile Distributed Command Centre
Every sensor already reports: each on its own network, in its own format, on its own clock. The MDCC is the layer that fuses them into one current picture, and pushes only the relevant part of it to the people who need it.
It runs Apollyon Cortex entirely on board, with no external dependency.

Combines every feed. One operator supervises six to twenty ISR aircraft.
